i have done some MFC's project in our campus and an active research research is going on MFC's in our campus.

There is a microbial fuel cells group in CECRI, Karaikudi. This research group is a pat of the Electrodics and Electrocatalysis Division of CECRI. In this group Dr.Sheela Berchmans etal are curently working on mediatoless biofuelcells, exploring new cathode materilas for MFCS and on waste water degradation cum current generation
