Hi,

I am from India, doing a project in MFC.
What is the differnence between culture medium and substrate?
What are the steps I have to follow to prepare fuel in anode?

A culture medium is a place where prepare to grow micro-organisms within a sterile condition and substrates are those things that micro-organisms use to live in my words the food of them.
